Custom Equations™ primarily offers digital products, personalized frameworks, and downloadable content. Because these items are delivered instantly and/or customized for each customer: All digital products are non-refundable and non-returnable. This includes, but is not limited to:

• Personalized Custom Equation™ assessments  
• Digital downloads  
• E-books  
• Guides, templates, or worksheets  
• Any product delivered electronically  

Once a digital item has been accessed, downloaded, or delivered, the sale is considered final.

For products purchased as pre-orders:

• Pre-orders for digital or personalized products remain non-refundable once purchased.  
• If a pre-order applies to a physical product (future releases), cancellation may be possible before the product ships. Contact us immediately if needed.  

If we offer physical items such as books, merchandise, or printed materials:

• Returns or refunds may be accepted only for defective or damaged items.  
• Customers must notify us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue.  
• Eligible returns must be unused and in their original packaging.  
• Shipping fees for returns may be the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
